Identification of Antibiotic Residues in the Tissues of Slaughter Animals by Bioautographic Detection Electrophoresis

An electrophoretic identification chart of the antibiotics penicillin, streptomycin, neomycin, erythromycin, tylosin and tetracyclines was made. Minimum inhibiting concentrations of the above antibiotics were determined for the bacterial tester-strains Bacillus subtilis BGA, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341 and Bacillus stearothermophillus v. calidolactis C 953. The obtained results were applied to identify residues of anti-bacterial substances in the tissues of slaughter animals, milk and other samples, as a follow-up of detection microbiological methods of plate agar diffusion
